،علم تصنيف الكائنات الحية،Taxinomia.

علم التصنيف Taxinomia  : هو علم تعريف وتصنيف الكائنات الحية،وهذا العلم أخذ مراحل كثيرة حتى وصل بنا الحال للتصنيف الخماسي الحالي( خمس ممالك) ، وأحيانا يصبح التصنيف سداسي (ست ممالك) ، دعونا نشرح لكم كيف تم ذلك .

   – الكائنات الحية والتصنيف القديم لأرسطو (394:322 ق م)

كان تصنيف أرسطو يعتمد على الملاحظة، صنف الكائنات الحية الى نباتات وحيوانات،
  -النباتات قسمهم  إلى:
  • أشجار.
  • شجيرات.
  • أعشاب.

  – الحيوانات قسمهم إالى:

  • مائية.
  • برية.
  • طائرة.   

 – دور العرب والمسلمين في تصنيف الكائنات الحية:

العرب والمسلمين دورهم ريادي في ظهور أهمية علم التصنيف، وهناك علماء عرب ومسلمين كثر,
  – ابن سينا وأبو منصور : ألف كل منهما كتاب يضم خواص النباتات .
  – ابن البيطار : ألف كتاب الجامع والمغني ، يشرح فيه كل ما يتعلق بالنبات من أشكاله وفوائده.
  – الجاحظ : ألف كتاب الحيوان ،وصنف أجناس الحيوانات.
  – القزويني : قسم الكائنات الى 3 مراتب
         – المرتية الأولى المعادن .
         – المرتبة الثانية النباتات.
         – المرتبة الثالثة الحيوان ، وصنف الحيوان إلى 7 أقسام على رئسهم الإنسان.

– تصنيف جون راي John Ray : 

أول من قسم الحيوانات والنبات على أسس علمية .

تصنيف كارلوس لينيوس  Carolus Linnaeus :

عالم نبات سويدي ، أُعتبر نظامه أول نظام رسمي للتصنيف ، واعتبربذلك رائد علم التصنيف ، تصنيفة ليس تصنيف توزيعي فقط، بل يعتمد على المواصفات الجسدية في التصنيف،بعد ذلك قسم الحياة الى ممالك (Kingdoms) وقسم المملكة الى شعب (Phylums) وقسم الشعبة الى طوائف (Classes)ثم قسم الطائفة الواحدة الى رتب ( Orders) ، وقسم الرتب الى فصائل (Families ) ثم أنواع ( Species).
 
وبعد تنوع الحيوانات وكثرتها أُضيفت مصطلح تحت الشعبة ( Subphylum)  وتحت الطائفة (Subclass) وأضيفت تقسيمات أخرى فرعية.

ممالك الكائنات الحية :

العالم كارولوس لينيوس 1700م أول مَن صنف الكائنات الحية الى مملكتين ،المملكة الحيوانية والمملكة النباتية،وبعد التقدم العلمي والبيولوجي قام العالم الأمريكي روبرت ويتتيكر Robert Wittaker 1969 ، بتقسيم جميع الكائنات الحية إلى خمس ممالك .
 
  • مملكة البدائيات .
  • مملكة الطلائعيات.
  • مملكة الفطريات.
  • مملكة النبات.
  • مملكة الحيوان.

أولاً: مملكة البدائيات  Kingdom Monera.

تتكون هذه المملكة من شعبتين .

شعبة  البكتيريا :

 مثل البكتيريا: كائنات حية دقيقة وحيدة الخلية ،منها
  • البكتيريا الضّمّة مثل بكتيريا الكوليرا
  • البكتيريا الكرويّة مثل المكورات العقدية والمكورات العنقودية.
  • البكتيريا العصوية مثل السالمونيلا.
  • البكتيريا الحلزونية مثل اللولبية والبوريليا.
  • البكتيريا ذات السوط مثل بكتيريا الكزاز.

شعبة الطحالب الخضراء المزرقة:

  • شعبة الطحالب الخضراء المزرقة : تشبه البكتيريا في العديد من خصائصها،ولكن بها حاملات أصباغ ،ذات ألوان مختلفة ، ولكن أغلب هذه الألوان الأخضر المزرق،هذه الطحالب ذاتية التغذية،مثال على ذلك طحلب النوستوك.

ثانيا :مملكة الطلائعيات Kingdom Protista.

 هي مجموعة غير متجانسة من الكائنات الحية،حقيقية النواة ،ولا يمكن  تصنيفها كحيوانات أو كنباتات أو حتى كفطريات .كائنات وحيدة الخلية، حقيقية النوى، تقسم هذه المملكة إلى 3 شعب.

شعبة اليوجلينا  Euglena:

 يشمل نحو 200 نوع وتعيش اليوجلينا في مياه البرك والمسنقعات العذبة، عندما تتجمع بأعداد كبيرة يصبح لون الماء أخضر وذلك لأنها تحتوي على بلاستيدات خضراء،مثل اليوجلينا.

شعبة الطحالب الذهبية Chrysophyceae:

 تضم هذه الشعبة طحالب خضراء مصفرة وطحالب بنية .

شعبة الأوليات  protozoa الشبيهة بالحيوانات Animal-Like:

هذه الشعبة تنقسم إلى 4 طوائف:
  • طائفة الأميبيات Amoeboid  :- كائنات حية وحيدة الخلية ،تتميز بأن شكلها غير منتظم،وهي كائنات تتحرك بإستخدام أرجل كاذبة، ومثال على ذلك الأميبا،ويصاب بها الإنسان عن طريق الفم بعد التلوث من البراز.
  • طائفة الهدبيات  Ciliophora :- تمتاز هذه المجموعة من الأوليات بوجود هدباً والذي يشبه في تركيبه سوط حقيقيات النوى، مثل البراميسيوم.
  • طائفة الجرثوميات  :- مثل البلازموديوم Plasmodium  واللذي يسبب مرض الملاريا.
  • طائفة السوطيات Flagellate :- ومثال على ذلك النوع Trypanosoma ،والتريبانوسوما توجد في أمعاء الللافقاريات ، وأيضاَ موجودة في الثدييات داخل مجرى الدم أو داخل الخلايا ،وهذه الطائفة تسبب للإنسان أمراض متعددة مثل مرض النوم.

ثالثاً: مملكة الفطريات Kingdom Fungi .  

الفطريات كائنات حية واسعة الإنتشار، تتجاوز 100 ألف نوع، وتعتبر الفطريات من الكائنات حقيقية النواة،
وتعيش الفطريات في المياه العذبة والمالحة، في الأرض وعلى الصخور والأشجار،البعض وحيد الخلية والآخرعديد الخلايا.
 
غير ذاتية التغذية فهي متطفلة على الكائنات الحية مسببة بعض الأمراض مثل الفطر المسبب لمرض التينيا، أو تعيش مترممة تعيش على الكائنات الغير حية ،مثل فطر عفن الخبز، والبعض مفيد للإنسان مثل الأنواع اللتي تُؤكل من فطر عيش الغراب،والبعض الآخر ضار للإنسان يسبب مرض القراع، أو ضار للنبات مثل مرض الصدأ الأسود الذي يصيب القمح.
 
تتكون مملكة الفطريات من ثلاث شعب:
 

شعبة الفطريات التزاوجية : 

مثل فطر عفن الخبز،ينمو مترمماً على الخبز ويسمى بالعفن الأسود، وحديثاً أستغل في إنتاج عقار الكورتيزون.

شعبة الفطريات الزِقِّيِّة:

مثل فطر الخميرة والبنيسليوم،الخميرة تستخدم في إنتاج الخبز، وإنتاج غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون ،وصناعة الكحول الإيثيلي ،والخميرة غنية جداً بالفيتامينات،البنيسليوم يستخرج منه مضاد حيوي يسمى البنيسيلين، ويستخدم بعض أنواع فطر البنسيليوم في إنتاج جبن الروكفورت.

شعبة الفطريات الباذيدية:

مثل فطر عيش الغراب منه أنواع تأكل تكون غنية بالبروتينات، والبعض الآخر سام.

رابعاً: مملكة النباتات  Kingdom Plantae.

تتم عملية التصنيف في المملكة النباتية ، وفق معايير محددة، أهمها
– وجود الأنسجة الوعائية أو عدمها.
– طريقة التكاثر.
– وضع البويضات أثناء عملية التلقيح.
– تركيب البذرة( عدد الفلقات).

أولا: وجود الأنسجة الوعائية أو عدمها.

يقصد بالأنسجة الوعائية أنسجة الخشب واللحاء، والنباتات التي بها أنسجة وعائية تسمى نباتات وعائية، مثل البازلاء ، والنباتات التي ليس بها أنسجة وعائية تسمى نباتات لا وعائية مثل الحرازات.

ثانياً: طريقة التكاثر.

أغلب النباتات الوعائية تتكاثر عن طريق البذور،وتسمى النباتات الوعائية البذرية،وهناك نباتات وعائية أخرى تتكاثر عن طريق الجراثيم، وتسمى النباتات الوعائية اللابذرية مثل السراخس وأشهرها الخنشار.

ثالثاً: وضع البويضات أثناء عملية التلقيح.

تقسم النباتات الوعائية البذرية من حيث وضع بويضاتها أثناء عملية التلقيح إلى ، مجموعتين.
  • كاسيات البذور وهي نباتات زهرية،تتميز بوجود زهرة تتكون من مجموعة من الأغلفة، تحيط بالمبيض،الذي بداخله البويضات ، وبعد إخصاب البويضات،تتكون البذور وينمو المبيض ويتحول إلى ثمرة بداخلها البذور ، وتمثل هذه النباتات أكثر أقسام المملكة الناتية تنوع مثل التفاح والنخيل والخضروات.
  • عاريات البذور تكون بذورها عارية،غير محاطة بالمبيض أو الثمرة،وتكون محمولة على أوراق سميكة تسمى المخاريط، مثل الصنوبريات.

رابعاً: تركيب البذرة (عدد الفلقات).

تقسم النباتات كاسيات البذور إالى 
– النباتات ذوات الفلقتين، مثل الفول والفاصولياء.
– نباتات ذوات الفلقة الواحدة مثل القمح والذرة.

خامساً مملكة الحيوان Animalia:

.علم تصنيف الكائنات الحية Taxinomia
 
تعتبر مملكة الحيوان مجموعة أساسية من الكائنات الحية ، وهي مملكة حيوية مستقلة،والحيوانات بشكل عام ، عديدة الخلايا، قادرة على الحركة والإستجابة للمتغيرات البيئية، تصنف إلى 9 Phylum (شعب) تبعاً لتعقد بنية الجسم.

الشعبة الأولى Phylum 1 : المساميات (الإسفنجيات) Porifera.

حيوانات مائية بسيطة،غير متحركة ، ثابتة على الصخور في البحار والمحيطات.

الشعبة الثانية Phylum 2: اللاسعات ( الجوفمعويات ) Cnidaria .

حيوانات مائية معظمها بحري، تعيش فردية أو مستعمرات،لا يوجد لها رأس ،والفم محاط بلوامس، مثال على ذلك قنديل البحر.

الشعبة الثالثة Phylum 3 : الديدان المفلطحة.

ديدان ذات أجسام مفلطحة،غالبيتها خناث ، مثل البلهاريسيا والديدان الشريطية.

الشعبة الرابعة Phylum 4:الديدان الإسطوانية.

ديدان لها قناة هضمية،وحيدة الجنس ، مثل الإسكارس.

الشعبة الخامسة Phylum 5 : الديدان الحلقية Annelida .

مثل ديدان الأرض ، تعيش في التربة.

الشعبة السادسة Phylum 6 :مفصليات الأرجل.

  • طائفة القشريات مثل الجمبري.
  • طائفة العنكبيات مثل العقرب والعنكبوت.
  • طائفة الحشرات مثل الذباب والبعوض والصراصير.
  • طائفة متعددة الأرجل مثل أم 44.

الشعبة السابعة:الرخويات Mollusca  .

معظم الرخويات تعيش في المياه المالحة،مثل المحار والأخطبوط.

الشعبة الثامنة : شوكيات الجلد Echinodermata .

وحيدة الجنس، مثل نجم البحر، وخيار البحر.

الشعبة التاسعة : الحبليات Phylum Chorodata .

تضم أرقى حيوانات المملكة،تشتمل على 7 Classes  طوائف.
Class 1 :  طائفة الأسماك اللافكية.
Class 2 :  طائفة الأسماك الغضروفية.
Class 3 : طائفة الأسماك العظمية.
Class 4 : طائفة البرمائيات.
Class 5 : طائفة الزواحف.
Class 6 : طائفة الطيور.
Class 7 : طائفة الثدييات، وتنقسم هذه الطائفة إلى 3 Subclass طويئفات.

  • Subclass 1 :طويئفة  الثدييات الأولية.
  • Subclass 2 :  طويئفة الثدييات الكيسية.
  • Subclass 3 : طويئفة الثدييات الحقيقية

و تنقسم هذه الطويئفة  ( الثدييات الحقيقية )  الى 11  رتبة  Orders

  • Order 1  رتبة حيوانات عديمة الأسنان.
  • Order 2 رتبة حيوانات آكلة الحشرات.
  • Order 3 رتبة حيوانات آكلة اللحوم.
  • Order 4 رتبة حيوانات حافرية فردية الأصابع.
  • Order 5 رتبة حيوانات حافرية زوجية الأصابع.
  • Order 6 رتبة الحوتيات.
  • Order 7 رتية القوارض.
  • Order 8 رتبة الحيوانات الخرطومية.
  • Order 9 رتبة الرئيسيات.
  • Order 10 رتبة الأرنبيات.
  • Order 11 رتبة الخفاشيات.
